Print Advertising: A close second to online advertising is print. We promote our clients’ listings in high-end real estate publications, attracting the niche market of luxury real estate buyers and investors. Currently, these publications consist of The High End Magazine, The Tampa Magazine, Luxury Homes, and The DuPont Registry. All ads include a well-written description of your property with multiple color professional photographs. Our print marketing is targeted to influential residents including professional athletes, celebrities, CEO’s, dignitaries, business owners, and into targeted households and upscale businesses/high-end venues that are tailored to a specific set of criteria based on your home.
Open Houses: Exposure is a must, and a well-shown property is the key to getting an offer. We schedule open houses often, all of which are properly catered to the prospective buyers with gourmet snack trays and beverages. All open houses are aggressively marketed in their own right so that prospective buyers are well aware of available times and dates. This includes advertising open house in our online and print ads, placing open house signs throughout your neighborhood (if permitted), and contacting our expansive network of real estate professionals.
Fact Sheet: For all clients, we write and design a single -sheet description of the features and benefits of your home that we think are a draw for prospective buyers. Fact sheets are well-written, professional in appearance, and distributed to potential buyers at open houses and showings.
“For Sale” Signs: If permitted at your property, we provide a well-designed, attractive, and weatherproof “For Sale” sign including our real estate group name and contact information. All signs are placed where they can be clearly seen from the street.
